John N. Honeycutt
President, CEO

Mr. Honeycutt is a 1973 univeristy graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology from Sul Ross State University in Alpine, TX. He is equally fluent in English and Spanish, having been raised in Mexico most of his childhood life. He also has a working knowledge of Portuguese. Mr. Honeycutt has over 20 years experience in both domestic and international animal health and nutririon marketing and sales. His knowledge of the business is much deeper, however, than just what he has learned since entering the business world.

He comes from a ranching family that has been in the ranching business both in Mexico and the U.S. for more than 100 years. At the present time, Mr. Honeycutt owns and operates a family ranching business in Texas which has been in the Honeycutt name for more than 90 years.

In his working career Mr. Honeycutt has held positions in product development and research as well as in the management of international and domestic sales and marketing divisions, with large multinational corporations.

Carol J. Honeycutt
Vice President of Operations, Treasurer

Mrs. Honeycutt was involved in the real estat market for 17 years prior to joining the staff at VBI 6 years ago. At present, she holds real estate sales and brokerage licenses in various U.S. states. Since joining VBI she has been responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, as well as working closely with the accounting staff and coordinating orders and fulfillments.

Ivan Barrenechea
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Barrenechea joined Vet Brand in January 1991. He is a 1985 graduate from the Universidad Federico Santa Maria, in Talcahuano, Chile, with a Mechanical Engineering degree, specializing in diesel engines. Mr. Barrenechea is equally fluent in Spanish and English. During his working career his international business experience comes from several years of working with multinational companies in both the U.S. and Chile.

Aixa Vergara
Sales and Marketing Manager

Mrs. Vergara joined the VBI team in February 1997. She is a graduate of Florida International University, with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Sociology, Anthropology and Spanish. She came to VBI after a successful career of eight years in slaes, marketing and administration with a multinational company.

Jose Humberto Hernandez
Import and Export Manager

Mr. Hernandez joined the VBI team in July 1994. He is a 1992 graduate of Texas A & M Univeristy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. Mr. Hernandez is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English. His knowledge of the animal health and nutrition business comes from his studies and experience in working in the family business. He also has several years experience with a multinational pharmaceutical company in Mexico.

Carlos Otero
Warehouse & Deliveries Manager

He came aboard the Vet Brands International team in July, 2002. Mr. Carlos Otero graduated on 1991, from the Experimental National University of the Táchira, San Cristóbal, Venezuela. His bachelor degree is on Industrial Engineering, with experience in logistics. His experience in logistics comes from service in a Multinational Venezuelan company. The logistics background includes quality control, inventory, warehouse control, and technical services. He had offered his advice in the conduct of logistic in Companies located in El Salvador and Colombia.
